How to Pay Your Tekcash Loan: Repayment Guide

Short answer: Pay your Tekcash loan inside the official app, using only the repayment channels it shows for your loan, and keep the receipt until the payment is marked as posted. Your due dates and amounts are in your disclosure statement. Never send repayments to a personal account or to someone who messages you first.

Note: TEKCASH (tekcash.app) is an independent comparison website. We are not the Tekcash lending app, we are not affiliated with Tekwang Lending Corp., and we do not make loan decisions. Store listings and registry details were last checked on September 21, 2026; this guide was revised on October 15, 2026.

Find your due date and amount

Your schedule is in the app under your active loan and in the disclosure statement you accepted. As an example, in Google Play’s sample a ₱20,000 loan over 120 days is repaid in four installments of ₱6,980 (see the interest rate guide). Your numbers may differ, so use the figures in your own app.

How to pay in the app

  1. Open the Tekcash app and log in with your registered mobile number.
  2. Open your current loan and select the repayment option.
  3. Check the amount due and the payment channel offered.
  4. Complete the payment through that channel only.
  5. Screenshot the confirmation and save the reference number.
  6. Check that the app shows the installment as paid.

Tekcash does not list its repayment channels in the sources we checked, so we do not name any. Philippine lending apps commonly offer e-wallet, bank transfer or over-the-counter options, but confirm what your app actually shows.

Pay a day or two early

Processing time depends on the channel. Paying one or two days before the due date leaves room for a delayed posting, and a missed due date can trigger collection messages and extra charges.

Payment not posted?

  1. Wait for the usual processing time of your channel.
  2. Send the receipt, your full name and registered mobile number to support@tekcash.ph, or call the hotline listed in our customer service guide.
  3. If you are contacted about an overdue amount you already paid, reply with the proof and keep copies.

If you cannot pay on time

  • Contact Tekcash before the due date and ask for a payment arrangement. Get it in writing.
  • Pay what you can and ask how it will be applied.
  • Do not borrow from another app just to repay this one.
  • If collectors threaten you or message your contacts, see Tekcash harassment: what to do.

Repayment scams to watch for

  • A message asking you to pay to a personal GCash or bank account.
  • A link to a “payment page” that is not inside the official app.
  • A caller who asks for your OTP or password.
